Please join us forthe 5th annual Tree of Lights Community Remembrance Service at UnityMedical Center. 

Names of loved onelost will be read and broadcast live on KXPO 1340 AM/93.9 FM

Attendees willreceive an angel wings ornament for their loved one(s) to take home.

The UMCFoundation evergreen tree will be illuminated during the service in honor ofthose that have passed away and will remain lit throughout the holiday season.

Enter throughDOOR #1 (ER/Main Entrance) and take the elevators to the third floor.
