Pediatric Screening Night

Unity Medical Center is hosting a FREE Pediatric Screening Night on Wednesday, May 8 from 4-7pm. Our pediatric therapists will see if your child qualifies for speech and/or occupational therapy services.
Occupational Therapy helps with various needs including fine and gross motor, visual perceptual, cognitive, emotional, and sensory processing skills. Children develop at different rates, which is why these are general milestones, and the overall health and well-being of a child should always be taken into consideration.
Speech Language Therapy helps with various needs including articulation, language both receptive and expressive, social language skills and sensory deficits. If your child is demonstrating any speech sound errors and/or language difficulties such as understanding or being understood your child may benefit from being screened by our Speech Language Pathologist.
