COME VISIT US TODAY from 4:30pm – 6:30pm for walk in- on the spot interviews at the Life Skills & Transition…. we will assist with filling out the application as well!

Directions to Life Skills & Transition Center INTERVIEWS: from School Road, turn East on Cedar Drive (1st turn on the right if coming from Hwy 17, or 3rd turn on the left if coming from 5th St). Take the second left into the parking lot and go in through the sliding doors on the East (right) side of the building. Interviews are located at the end of the hall.
