- Players must be under the age of 14 as of June 30 of the previous year.
- Teams may be comprised of any combination of gender.
- These events are intended to promote youth curling and competitive play.
- It is encouraged that as many team members as possible be from the same member club.
- All players must be a member of a club in good standing with the DTCA.
