About the Business:
Community Health Service Inc. is a private, nonprofit network of clinics providing quality primary healthcare in Minnesota and North Dakota. As a federally qualified health center (or FQHC), CHSI is able to provide a variety of medical, dental, behavioral health, enrollment, and victim advocacy services to our communities at low cost. We believe that everybody deserves quality healthcare, so we work to provide it and reduce barriers.
